What DAT Supply Provides
DAT Supply manufactures gummies through depositing, drying, polishing, and packing within validated process windows. The capability supports standard pectin systems and selected adjacent systems. Each step has defined in-process control points that drive batch release.
How We Work
Each batch follows a defined recipe card with in-process checks at depositing, drying, and polishing. Critical parameters are recorded and reviewed against the agreed specification before release. Packing runs are gated on the in-process release.
Documentation Delivered
Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis aligned to the agreed specification. Batch records are retained for the agreed retention period. Specification deviations are reviewed in writing before disposition.

Which gummy shapes are available
A defined set of validated moulds is available; new shapes are scoped on a per-project basis where the dose, weight, and process window allow.
What fill weights are supported
Validated fill weights are anchored to the standard jar and doypack formats. Non-standard fill weights are reviewed on a per-project basis.
