Manufacturing Standards

Documented manufacturing standards anchored to validated process windows and in-process control.

What DAT Supply Provides

DAT Supply runs gummy manufacturing against validated process windows captured in recipe cards. Each step has defined in-process control points, recorded parameters, and documented acceptance criteria. The standards are reviewed against third-party audit findings and updated where the review identifies a change.

How We Work

Recipes are validated against a defined process window before commercial scheduling. In-process checks are recorded and reviewed against the agreed specification. Updates to the standards are version-controlled and communicated to active brand-owner programmes.

Documentation Delivered

Brand owners receive a process-window summary and the in-process control plan during qualification. Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis aligned to the agreed specification. Additional records are made available to the brand owner on request.

Frequently asked questions

How often are standards reviewed

Standards are reviewed on a defined cycle and against third-party audit findings. Updates are version-controlled and tracked.

Are process changes communicated
