Product Development Roadmap

A staged development path from brief to commercial launch, intended for brand owners building a multi-SKU gummy roadmap.

What DAT Supply Provides

DAT Supply structures development as named stages: brief, bench, pilot, validation, and commercial. Each stage has defined deliverables and review gates so that brand owners can see where a SKU stands at any point. The roadmap is the project artefact that aligns formulation, packaging, and documentation work.

How We Work

The roadmap is issued at project start and updated as each gate is reviewed. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before bench work begins. Commercial release is gated on signed-off validation and target-market documentation.

Documentation Delivered

Each stage closes with a documented review record. The cumulative pack at commercial launch includes specification, validation summary, certificate of analysis, and the documentation reviewed against the requested target market. Additional documents are added on request.

Frequently asked questions

Can multiple SKUs share a roadmap

Yes. Multi-SKU programmes are sequenced on a shared roadmap, with shared materials and packaging changeovers planned across the launch window.

Are timelines guaranteed

Indicative timelines are issued with the roadmap. DAT Supply does not guarantee fixed timelines until raw materials and packaging are confirmed.
